Boating
Owning a Fortenberry Home means you will have your own boat slip if you so desire. The canals of Canal City back up to each and every lot and are regularly dredged for easy access to the bays and ocean. Just motor down the canal into the ICW where you can head out into the marshes of East Bay or further down to Bolivar Roads where you can enter the Gulf of Mexico for some great salt-water fishing. And when the wind is too high in the Gulf, it's quieter on the bay side so there is always a place to go.
